Long Treks on Skate Decks
Aaron Enevoldsen, Paul Kent and Adam Colton team up with Art à la Carte
Extreme adventurers Aaron Enevoldsen, Paul Kent and Adam Colton are pushing their way on board the Marrakesh Express these days. “Push” being the operative word as the renowned threesome are going the distance on – you guessed it – skateboards. Their two-month trek across the Sahara and Atlas mountains includes some of the world’s most forbidding territory; 2500 kilometers in all, beginning and ending in Casablanca.
Tres Tristes Tigres
These are not your ordinary thrill seekers out for a joy ride, but performers, musicians, photographers AND philanthropists. As they barrel down menacing mountain roads and skate their way through the arid desert in the days ahead, one goal remains clear – Long Treks on Skate Decks is asking to have every kilometer travelled matched with one dollar donated to our wonderful cause. Surely we can help them achieve this dream. By clicking on the link below, you will be taken directly to Art à la Carte’s online donation page with CanadaHelps. Access is quick and easy, the process is 100% secure, and you will receive an electronic tax receipt within minutes. Be sure to check the box that says “Long Treks on Skate Decks” so we can let Aaron, Paul and Adam know of your support.
For some added fun, be sure to visit Long Trek's website where you can track the journey, view photos and video clips or enter a comment on the daily Blog.
Stay tuned for more hair-raising updates!
