William Duma

William Duma was born in Calgary, Alberta in 1936. He completed four years at the Alberta College of Art in 1962, receiving an Honors Diploma in Fine Art. Between 1962 and 1963 he traveled and studied in Europe.

Since leaving school, William Duma has participated in many one man and group shows throughout Canada and abroad. In 2002 his award-winning work earned him both Artist of the Year and Purchase Award for Trout Unlimited Canada and the Founders Award of Excellence at the Alberta College of Art & Design.

Mr. Duma's art can be found in hundreds of major corporate and private collections in Canada, the U.S.A. and Europe.
